SLSU to Co-Host International Conference with IFERP

Southern Leyte State University (SLSU), through the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension Services, has officially expressed its intent to co-host the International Conference on Converging Disciplines in Arts, Linguistics, Education, Social Sciences, and Humanities (ICDALESH) in partnership with the Institute for Educational Research and Publication (IFERP).

The inception meeting paved the way for SLSU's active involvement in this impactful event, which is set to take place on October 23–24, 2025, in Manila, Philippines. The conference is accredited by the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program, ensuring that it contributes to the professional growth and development of participating educators, researchers, and professionals in the field.

The Institute for Educational Research and Publication (IFERP) is a global non-profit organization committed to advancing academic research and innovation across various disciplines, including engineering, education, science, and technology. With a strong international presence, IFERP provides a collaborative platform for researchers, educators, and professionals through conferences, workshops, publications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. It aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by promoting research excellence, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting the global dissemination of knowledge.

To fully formalize and take off this collaboration, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between SLSU and IFERP is currently being processed.
