SLSU - InduTech Dept trains Home Based Entrepreneurs on Cake and Pastry Making under Summer LUP

The Department of Industrial Technology – Food Preparation and Service Technology successfully conducted its extension activity entitled Cake and Pastry Training for Home-Based Entrepreneurs on July 22–23, 2025 under the SUMMER-LUP—an initiative designed to uplift local livelihoods and strengthen the resilience of micro-entrepreneurs through skills upgrading and mentorship.
Participants were trained by faculty experts from the Food Preparation and Service Technology program, who provided practical and hands-on sessions in cake and pastry production.
This activity is part of SLSU’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and economic development through relevant and responsive training programs.
