Office of the University Registrar

The Southern Leyte State University Office of the University Registrar (SLSU-OUR) is an academic support unit that provides services to the academic units of the university in student registration/enrollment, student academic records and graduation. It serves as the frontline service provider of the university on curricular and academic matters. 

SLSU-OUR also provides services to students - student registration services and student records services. Since these services are appertaining to students’ academic records, SLSU-OUR serve as the official authorized keeper of all University students’ academic records by safeguarding its integrity, accuracy and security.

Student Registration Services

Student Registration Services provides a type of enrollment services which entails assistance in student registration activities like in adding, changing and dropping of subjects, withdrawing from courses enrolled in and validating students’ registration.

Student Record Services

Student Record Services maintains the archiving of academic records of Southern Leyte State University students. Student academic records are maintained in perpetuity and are kept and filed for ease retrieval. It also accommodate and issues processed requests for academic records (Transcript of Records, diploma, certifications and authentication of academic records).

Requests for academic records in SLSU-Main Campus can be done through online or face to face transactions. If request is through online transaction, you may visit SLSU University FB Page.
