The Southern Leyte State U – Kingfisher’s Learning Academic Support Hub is the learning development center sponsored by the Institute of Arts and Sciences and the Southern Leyte State U University Library. The team commits to help the students in their academic life - providing math support, academic writing development, ICT Skills and advice and strategies for managing university life.

What the KLASH can offer?
The KLASH is available to all students of Southern Leyte State University. The learning hub is staffed by carefully chosen mentors who works with the other faculty members from different colleges can help students to understand and fulfil the academic requirements of their course through appointments, online information, and one-on-one mentoring set up.
The areas which we can offer support includes math and Statistics, academic research writing, ICT skills, Linguistics, Foreign Language, and Academic Stress Management skill.
What the KLASH cannot offer?
We are a support service unit, and we cannot answer activities that are meant for your classes. We can only help you be prepared and confident for your classes.
What is our schedule?
We can offer a maximum of 30-min face-to-face session per student on a scheduled basis. However, if it is necessary to indulge some extra time, an online session can be set beyond the 30-minute schedule.
Where are we located?
The KLASH Learning Academic Support Hub is located in the 2nd floor of the Arts and Sciences Building.
