The SLSU medical and dental clinic provides primary health care and wellness program for the students. The medical clinic conducts blood letting activities, trainings on basic first aid courses, and health assessments for university personnel and students. The dental services include tooth extraction, cavity filling/restoration, oral prophylaxis, and dental examination. 

The Disaster Risk Reduction Management plan is prepared for specific use and is intended to create, promote, and maintain a healthy, safety, and sheltered environment. The University has an obligation to provide a safe and secure environment that can help reduce the number of accidents, prevent injuries and create a safe shelter for work and teaching-learning activities. Under the direction of the University President, will evaluate threatening situations or hazards and take measures necessary to maximize the safety and security of all concerned.
