Southern Leyte State University Achieves 98.66% Overall Client Satisfaction in 2024

Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) proudly reports an outstanding 98.66% overall client satisfaction rating for Calendar Year 2024, based on the results of its annual Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM). This achievement reflects the University’s unwavering commitment to providing excellent, responsive, and people-centered public service, in accordance with ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2022-05.
The CSM covered both internal and external services of the University, with feedback gathered from over 40,000 clients across all campuses. Internal services such as IT maintenance, leave application, and securing of official documents earned near-perfect satisfaction scores, while external services like enrollment, library services, and issuance of academic documents also garnered consistently high ratings—most exceeding 95%. A few services, including re-issuance of University ID (81.59%), were identified as areas for improvement, which the University is now addressing.
The results also showed strong awareness and appreciation for the University’s Citizen’s Charter, with 87.47% of respondents stating they both knew what the Charter was and had seen it, and 88.68% noting that it significantly helped them during their transactions.
